永宁科技大学大四毕业生韩青毕业生相应到农村是西部积极的情况下受到上着大学为父亲治病的陈橘红影响赴农村实习担任村官 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　韩青实习的村叫橘江村当年生产蜜橘闻名韩青来到橘江村的当天正是副镇长焦头烂额的一天广大村民在橘花的带领下到镇政府要弹和罢免了自己妇女主任的犟驴村长副镇长一看韩青这样的大学生到来眼前一下感到柳暗花明于是他把旱情安排到橘江村当大学生村官 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　韩青上任村官后因为不懂农村情况被橘花当成了对抗犟驴村长的武器使韩青在村里的工作处处受到阻碍和制约并加深了自己与犟驴村长的矛盾最终韩青在饱受痛苦的磨砺后决定跳出橘花与犟驴村长的矛盾圈用自己的聪慧带领全体村民发展蜜橘产业与富裕邻村青风村建立合作把橘江村的经济发展因伤正轨用实际行动感动了橘花与犟驴村长使大家心往一处使还改造了村中油头滑脑的开裆裤希望再次降临着橘江村 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　毕业典礼在即韩青回到学校就在她进行“毕业就是事业”的演讲中剖析自己在村官一任的工作感受时犟驴村长却出现在毕业典礼上并把一份正式的村官聘书交到了韩青手里·······
